Having to drop the room key at the front desk every time was annoying!!! Dusty windows left a bad impression. Laundry detergent allowance felt petty, especially for a multi-night stay!!!

Perfect base for exploring Kyoto

Our family room was spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a conveniently located washing machine that made our stay comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel entrance lacked appeal, and the lobby had a strong smell from cleaning products. Additionally, the beds were a bit firm for my personal taste.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Glanz Kei Kyoto Station. The staff were exceptionally kind, providing valuable tips for sightseeing and offering to store my luggage, which allowed me to fully explore Kyoto while waiting for check-in. The location was perfect, just steps away from Aeon Mall.

The towels could use an update, and the lounge chairs in the living area needed a good cleaning. Additionally, they were stingy with towels during cleaning, as they removed clean ones and charged extra for face towels.

Just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Kyoto with definitely value for money. The washing machine was super handy to keep clothes fresh during our stay. Bring your own detergent since they don't provide any.

The location is fantastic, just a 7-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Our family enjoyed a delightful 7-night stay with a well-equipped kitchen and an essential clothes washer. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home. One tip, be prepared to hang dry clothes as there's no dryer, but the experience was still relaxing!

The Family Room A was super spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Loved having a kitchen for meals and the washing machine was a lifesaver after days out. It was really nice to borrow extra items like utensils and toys too. The internet was fast for video calls, which was a plus. Just a heads up, beds were a bit on the firm side for me.
